Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Navigator Algo is operated by Navigator Trading Systems (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Sri Lanka-based sole proprietorship. We run the navigatoralgo.com website and the Navigator Algo signal-copier platform for MetaTrader 5 ("MT5"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, the dashboards at navigatoralgo.com/dashboard and /admin, and our MT5 Expert Advisors ("EAs") that communicate with our servers.

2. Your acceptance

By signing in to navigatoralgo.com, installing or running any of our EAs, or purchasing a paid plan or seat, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Sign-in uses Google or email/password via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity under your account.
• You must give accurate information and may not impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• One account per person for provider functionality. A single provider may be bound to one Company-issued NAV-XXXXX provider ID.
• We may refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. What Navigator Algo is

Navigator Algo is a signal-copier platform. Signal providers run our Provider EA on their MT5 account to broadcast trade events; subscribers ("Receivers") run our Partner Receiver (free) or Pro Receiver (paid) EA on their own MT5 account to replicate those trades. Our servers relay signals and enforce license state. We do not place trades on your behalf — the EAs execute on your own MT5 terminal, using your own broker account, under your control.

We are not a broker, money manager, or investment adviser. We do not hold customer funds, offer trading advice, or guarantee outcomes of any trading strategy.

5. Plans & pricing

Current products:

• Navigator Algo Signal Provider subscription — USD $100 per year per provider, sold through MQL5 Market. Includes one provider ID, a dashboard, and up to 10 free subscriber slots.
• Partner Receiver (MT5 EA) — free download. Requires a SUB- license code from a signal provider.
• Pro Receiver (MT5 EA) — sold on MQL5 Market. Price and license windows set by MQL5 Market listing; REC- license codes are Company-issued after purchase.

Prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. All current sales are processed through MQL5 Market, which acts as the payment processor, collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, and governs refund and chargeback handling under its own terms. Additional purchase options (e.g., extra subscriber slots sold directly by us) may be introduced later; if and when they launch, they will be disclosed on the Pricing page and this section will be updated.

6. Subscription slots & licenses

Free slots

Each signal-provider account gets 10 free SUB- subscriber slots with the annual subscription. These slots are non-transferable between providers and reset only on revocation by the provider.

Paid (extra) slots

Paid extra-slot subscriptions are not currently offered. When they launch, full pricing, billing cadence, cancellation behavior, and grandfather rules will be published on the Pricing page and in this section before any provider is charged.

Paid Receivers (REC- codes)

REC- licenses are sold through MQL5 Market. Each REC- code binds to a single MT5 account on first trade replication and cannot be shared across accounts. Rebind requests must be made through support; rebinds may be refused for suspected abuse. License validity windows (typically 90 days) start at mint time regardless of activation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our EAs or Cloud Functions.
• Tamper with or flood our APIs beyond the published rate limits, or attempt to bypass license checks.
• Use the service to broadcast signals for illegal trading, market manipulation, wash trading, or in violation of any broker's or exchange's rules.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including securities fraud, money laundering, or circumventing sanctions.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our EAs or signal data without prior written permission.
• Use our brand, logo, or name Navigator Algo / Navigator Trading Systems in a way that could confuse customers or imply endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
• Upload any code, payload, or data that is malicious, violates intellectual property, or violates the rights of a third party.

8. Trading risk disclaimer

Navigator Algo is a signal-relay platform. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any signal provider's performance, strategy, risk management, or trustworthiness. You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing which signal provider to follow and reviewing their track record before copying trades.
• Configuring your Receiver EA's risk parameters (lot size, multiplier, stop-loss, symbols allowed) to match your own tolerance.
• Monitoring your MT5 terminal and your broker account for anomalies.
• Complying with your broker's, your jurisdiction's, and any prop-firm's rules about external trade copiers.

Navigator Trading Systems is not liable for trading losses, margin calls, broker penalties, prop-firm breaches, or missed trades caused by signal lag, connectivity loss, software bugs, server maintenance, or any other cause.

9. Intellectual property

All software (EAs, Cloud Functions, dashboard), documentation, logos, and the name Navigator Algo are the exclusive property of Navigator Trading Systems and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Paid customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the EAs on the MT5 account(s) they have paid for, for the duration of their paid period.

You retain ownership of trade data originated from your own MT5 account. By running the Provider EA, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to relay your trade signals to Receivers you have authorized via license code. We do not claim ownership of your strategy or your trade history.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Navigator Algo at any time. You may delete your provider account from the Dashboard; deletion purges your provider data after a 7-day grace period. Paid subscriptions cancel at end of period — no pro-rated refund for partial months.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if:

• You materially breach these Terms, especially §7 (Acceptable use) or §6 (shared-license policy).
• A recurring payment fails and is not cured within 7 days.
• You file a chargeback without first attempting to contact us for a resolution.
• We are compelled to do so by law, court order, or a regulator with jurisdiction over us.

11. Refunds

See our dedicated Refund Policy. Summary: MQL5 Market sales are refunded under MQL5’s policy; where a refund is escalated to us or arises from a service-side issue, we will act in good faith on the terms described in the Refund Policy.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navigator Trading Systems' aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty about uptime, accuracy, or continued availability.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the dashboard maintenance banner and, where we have your email, send a notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For customers in jurisdictions where local consumer-protection law grants stronger rights, those rights prevail to the extent legally required. MQL5 Market acts as the payment processor for purchases made on MQL5 and is subject to its own terms and consumer-law obligations in addition to these Terms.
