Refund Policy

This page explains how and when Navigator Trading Systems (operator of navigatoralgo.com) issues refunds. All current products — the annual Signal Provider subscription and the Pro Receiver — are sold through MQL5 Market, so the MQL5 Market refund policy applies to the payment itself. This page covers how we handle refund requests that involve Navigator Algo’s side of the service (license state, outages, billing errors on our end) and sets out the good-faith standard we aim to meet beyond what MQL5 handles directly.

1. MQL5 Market handles the payment side

If you want to cancel an MQL5 purchase or request a refund for a billing reason (duplicate charge, stolen card, wrong product selected, etc.), start in your MQL5 purchases page or contact MQL5 Market support. MQL5’s standard policy governs what is and isn’t refundable on their side, including any cooling-off or consumer-law rights you have as an EU/UK buyer.

If MQL5 refunds your purchase, we will automatically revoke the corresponding Navigator Algo license (REC- code or Provider subscription) to keep our records consistent with your actual entitlement.

2. Service-side issues — contact us

If the problem is on our side rather than MQL5’s, email support@navigatoralgo.com or message @Navigatoralgo_bot. We will consider a refund, credit, or license-extension in good faith if any of the following apply:

Because the original charge is on MQL5, a service-side resolution usually takes the form of a license extension, replacement REC- code, or an MQL5 refund initiated by us on your behalf (MQL5 lets sellers flag orders for refund from the seller panel). We will explain which applies before acting.

3. If we add direct billing in the future

We may, later on, sell products directly from navigatoralgo.com (for example, extra subscriber-slot subscriptions paid through a third-party payment processor). When and if that launches we will update this page to describe the first-charge guarantee, cooling-off handling, and cancellation behavior before any direct charge is taken.

4. What is not refundable

We also will not support a refund where:

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact MQL5 Market and us first. Most disputes are misunderstandings that resolve in a day or two. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting anyone causes:

6. How to request a refund

  1. If the issue is about the payment itself, start on MQL5 purchases and use their refund flow.
  2. If the issue is about the Navigator Algo service (undelivered license, outage, our-side error), email support@navigatoralgo.com or message @Navigatoralgo_bot.
  3. Include: your MQL5 order reference (or receipt), the date, the amount, and what happened. For exception cases (§2), give us enough detail to verify.
  4. We respond within 2 business days. Resolution may be a license extension, a replacement REC-, or a seller-initiated MQL5 refund depending on the situation.
  5. If we deny your request, we will explain why in writing. You always retain your rights under applicable consumer law, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period described below.

7. EU / UK consumers — statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel a distance-purchase of digital services and request a full refund, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

By actively using the dashboard / minting licenses / running signals during the first 14 days, you expressly waive this right with respect to the portion of the service you have already consumed. Where MQL5 Market is the seller, MQL5’s own cooling-off handling applies to the payment itself; we will support any MQL5-initiated refund by revoking the corresponding license on our end.
